功能描述：
该样例演示了ADC软件触发单通道单次采样，每隔1s触发一次采样，采样结果打印到串口，旋转开发
板上的滑动电阻器R11调节端口输入电压,串口打印采样数据，LED1每隔1s翻转一次。

Function descriptions:
This example demonstrates how ADC software triggers a single channel single 
sampling, which occurs every 1 second. The sampling results are printed to the 
serial port and rotated for development The sliding resistor R11 on the board 
adjusts the input voltage of the port, and the serial port prints sampling data, 
LED1 flips every 1 second.

使用步骤：
1. 接上P2上的PA0跳线帽，将PA0接到滑动变阻器，接上P10上的跳线帽，将串口接到USB。
2. 编译下载程序到MCU，并运行。
3. 可观察到开发板上的LED1每隔1s翻转一次。
4. 旋转的滑动变阻器R11，串口实时输出采样电压。

Example execution steps:
1. Connect the PA0 jumper cap on P2, connect PA0 to the sliding resistor, connect
the jumper cap on P10, and connect the serial port to USB.
2. Compile and download the program to MCU, and run it.
3. It can be observed that LED1 on the development board flips every 1 second.
4. The rotating sliding rheostat R11 outputs real-time sampling voltage through 
the serial port.

UART引脚如下：
UART_Tx    -> PA9
UART_Rx    -> PA10
