功能描述：
此样例演示了PVD触发复位功能，当芯片电源电压小于2.6V时，触发PVD中断，翻转LED2，串口打印
日志，LED1每隔1s翻转一次。

Function descriptions:
This example demonstrates the PVD trigger reset function. When the chip power 
supply voltage is less than 2.6V, the PVD interrupt is triggered, the LED2 is 
flipped, and the serial port is printed Logs, LED1 flips every 1 second.

测试环境：
测试用板：DPM32M087RBTx_EVB V1.0
MDK版本： 5.28

Test environment:
Test board: DPM32M087RBTx_EVB V1.0
MDK Version: 5.28

使用步骤：
1. 接上P10上的跳线帽，将串口0引出到CH340，USB线接电脑。
2. 编译下载程序到MCU，并运行。
3. 串口0打印日志。
4. 可观察到开发板上的LED1每隔1s翻转一次。

Example execution steps:
1. Connect the jumper cap on P10, connect serial port 0 to CH340, and connect 
the USB cable to the computer.
2. Compile and download the program to MCU, and run it.
3. It can be observed that LED1 on the development board flips every 1 second.
4. Serial port 0 prints log "Uart printf example".

注意事项：
LED引脚如下：
LED1       -> PC10
LED1       -> PC11

UART引脚如下：
UART0_Tx   -> PA9
UART0_Rx   -> PA10
