功能描述：
此样例演示了UART0发送接收功能，系统复位UART0发送tx_buf的数据，发送完成后开始接收数据，
接收满255字节或者收到字符‘#’后，串口打印收到的字符串，LED1每隔1s翻转一次。

Function descriptions:
This example demonstrates the UART0 sending and receiving function. The system 
resets the data sent by UART0 to tx_buf, and starts receiving the data after it 
is sent,After receiving 255 bytes or the character '#', the serial port prints 
the received string, and LED1 flips it every 1 second

测试用板：DPM32M087RBTx_EVB V1.0
MDK版本： 5.28

使用步骤：
1. 接上P10上的跳线帽，将串口0引出到CH340，USB线接电脑。
2. 编译下载程序到MCU，并运行。
3. 串口输出字符串。
4. 输出完成后等待接收字符串，完成后打印收到的字符串。
5. LED1每隔1s翻转一次。

Example execution steps:
1. Connect the jumper cap on P10, connect serial port 0 to CH340, and connect 
the USB cable to the computer.
2. Compile and download the program to MCU, and run it.
3. Serial port output string.
4. Wait for the received string after the output is completed, and print the 
received string after completion.
5. LED1 flips every 1 second.

LED引脚如下：
LED1       -> PC10

UART引脚如下：
UART0_Tx   -> PA9
UART0_Rx   -> PA10
