功能描述：
此样例演示了UART0中断发送接收功能，系统复位UART0中断发送tx_buf的数据，发送完成后开始
接收数据，接收满32字节数据后，串口打印“UART receive successfully!”，LED1每隔1s翻
转一次。

Function descriptions:
This example demonstrates the UART0 interrupt sending and receiving function. 
The system resets the data sent by the UART0 interrupt tx_buf, and starts after 
the transmission is completed Receive data, after receiving a full 32 bytes of 
data, print "UART receive successfully!" on the serial port, and LED1 flips 
every 1 second Rotate once.

使用步骤：
1. 接上P10上的跳线帽，将串口0引出到CH340，USB线接电脑。
2. 编译下载程序到MCU，并运行。
3. 串口中断输出字符串“Hello DPM32. Received, please reply”。
4. 输出完成后等待接收32字节，完成后打印字符串“UART receive successfully!”。
5. LED1每隔1s翻转一次。

Example execution steps:
1. Connect the jumper cap on P10, connect serial port 0 to CH340, and connect 
the USB cable to the computer.
2. Compile and download the program to MCU, and run it.
3. Serial interrupt output string "Hello DPM32" Received, please reply.
4. After the output is completed, wait for 32 bytes to be received. After 
completion, print the string "UART receive successfully!".
5. LED1 flips every 1 second.
